we are reaching out this morning to inform you of CCR's Remote User Support Strategy, and the options you can choose from. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

For Non-Corporate assets, CCR can support you via two methods:

No CCaRe Agent

  • Help Desk support services remote access via an Ad-hoc connection
  • No local recommended security
  • All support services are T&M

Installed CCaRe Agent/Antivirus/OS Patching/Device Based Firewall

  • CCR installs a CCaRe Agent
  • CCR installs our Corporate Antivirus solution
  • CCR, via our Antivirus solution, activates a device base Firewall
  • CCR installs only critical security patches (Windows 10 Home Edition excluded as Microsoft does not allow 3rd party patching for Home Versions)
  • All support services for this user and business scenarios are included
  • All support services for home networks, printers and non-business critical applications are billed T&M
  • $15 per device per month, billed on a calendar month by month basis

For Corporate Assets already included as part of a CCR CCaRe Managed services agreement:

  • All support services for user/device and business scenarios are included at no additional fee
  • All support services for home networks, printers and non-business critical applications are billed T&M
