Service Support Request Procedures - Normal Business Hours

Normal Business Hours
Service Support is provided by CCR/CCaRe 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday - Friday.

  • Send an Email request to servicedesk@ccr1.com and a service request ticket will be created for you.
  • As a CCaRe subscriber, you will have a simple icon in your task tray … all you need to do is click on this icon and provide some basic information and a service request ticket will be created for you.
  • Click on Support Center at top of the www.ccr1.com website home page. Complete information and a service ticket will be created for you.
  • To Add/Delete/Change users or Open a New Service Request click on: http://forms.ccr1.com
  • Call the Service Desk at: 248-284-7171

Service Support Request - After Normal Business Hours

If your issue is urgent and is outside regular office hours (7 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday):

  1. Dial 248-284-7171
  2. Select Option 1 to have an engineer paged
